Where Vejer eats when nobody is watching.
Tourists climb to the castle and the plaza. The locals walk down to Teniente Castrillón street — because that's where the fish is freshest, the artichokes come off the plancha with smoke still rising, and the brownie arrives warm.
One guest wrote it better than us: “we arrived without a reservation — the food, the artichokes, the tuna, everything excellent, and the attention even better.”
